The smiling faces from Sukkot at Beit Rabban. It's impossible not to smile back...

Dear Beit Rabban Community, The Torah famously commands us in the book of Devarim to “rejoice in our holiday" of Sukkot, and we refer to this chag as “the time of our joy.” Last year, we returned to school in-person as pioneers of sort, with so much fear and anxiety in a time of so many unknowns. We had to work really hard to fulfil this commandment last Sukkot. And we did it! We learned to smile with our eyes, and to recognize the smiles in the eyes of others. We learned to laugh and play in the rain. We learned to celebrate everywhere - outside, remotely, and under makeshift tents. A year later, we are still plugging along. For many of us, fulfilling this mitzvah is still not coming naturally. It requires commitment, perseverance and a little help from your friends. Friends - we are here to help with a gift to increase your simcha, joy, this holiday. Take a minute with these smiling faces from Sukkot at Beit Rabban. It's impossible not to smile back at them!
Moadim L'Simchah! Wishing all abundant and overflowing joy this weekend and this new year. Stephanie
